The supplier
zeepler is built and operated by Bates Solutions Inc., a British Columbia company: a Canadian supplier, billing in Canadian dollars (CAD). It turns JSON into ZPL for Zebra and ZPL printers at 203 dpi, so existing systems can print labels. Contact: info@zeepler.com.
Rates
| Labels in a month | Per label (CAD) |
|---|---|
| First 100 each month | Free |
| 101 – 10,000 | $0.01 |
| Above 10,000 | $0.005 |
The same published rates for every customer, charged on the labels in each band only. No licence, no setup fee and no minimum spend. Pricing has worked examples. An account with neither a card nor Government terms is limited to 10 labels a month, so ask us to set up Government terms before you trial it.
Government terms
- Always invoiced, never charged to a card, in Canadian dollars.
- Your purchase order number on each invoice it covers.
- Net 30.
- A 12-month agreement, with rates fixed for the term and no minimum spend.
Commitments
- Availability: a target of 99.5% a month, measured and published. A target, not a service-level agreement, and there are no service credits.
- Support: email, business days, Pacific time. First reply within 2 business days.
- API versions: a released version stays available for at least 12 months after its replacement is announced.
- If zeepler closes: at least 90 days' notice to every account.
Security and accessibility
zeepler runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (
us-east-1).- Label content is used to generate the label and is then discarded: it is never stored or logged.
- HTTPS only, TLS 1.2 or later. API keys are stored only as a SHA-256 hash.
- Multi-factor authentication is not available yet.
- The public site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.
The Security and Accessibility pages have the detail.
