Accessibility

zeepler aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Last reviewed 2026-09-19

How it is tested

Every public page is tested automatically, at desktop width, on every proposed change: home, pricing, documentation, the developer page, these trust pages, the sign-up, sign-in, email-verification and password pages, and the not-found page. The tests use the axe accessibility engine, plus our own contrast measurement for text that axe cannot measure. A change that fails either is flagged before it is merged.

What every page has

  • A skip-to-content link.
  • A visible focus indicator on every control.
  • Text contrast that meets level AA: 4.5:1, or 3:1 for large text.
  • Links that are underlined or otherwise identifiable, not shown by colour alone.

The automated tests check contrast on every page and the skip link on the home page. Focus indicators and the rest are checked by hand.

Known limits

The account dashboard is not in the automated tests, because it requires signing in. This statement is based on our own testing, not on an independent audit.
